    Hi. The display on my digital thermometer alternates between the current temperature in degrees C as expected and 85.0. Is 85.0 some sort of error code and if so what does it mean? The unit is mounted in the dashboard of a car with the sensor located outside. I thought initially it was alternating between C and F but its not equivalent as always shows 85.0. Thanks
