Like I’ll go through the whole day on autopilot, and only вечером понимаю, что был раздражён или уставший. I tried simple things like notes or reminders, but they didn’t stick. Recently I came across theliven.com while reading about well-being apps, and it looked like it’s not just a tracker but more of a system with mood tracking, journaling, and even some kind of AI companion. From what I read, it’s supposed to help you notice patterns over time and understand your reactions better . So now I’m curious — does something like this actually help you become more aware in everyday life, or do you still end up ignoring it most of the time?</p>

I don’t use apps for self-awareness, but I’ve noticed that I also tend to ignore my state until it becomes obvious. Usually it shows up in small ways first, like losing focus or getting annoyed faster than usual.
