I purchased two of these CC and CV modules a few months ago. I have been unable to get these modules to work properly.

My goal is to use these modules to charge a 7.4 volt lithium ion battery (charge at 8.4v and 1.2 A max). For testing purposes, I am use a large watt resistor as the Load for these so that I could test and adjust these modules as needed. The problem is that neither the CV or CC adjusters are working.

My circuit is essentially: 7.25 volt supercapacitor >> Drok CC CV converter >> Rload
Do you have any suggestions? As I change Rload from 2 ohms to 5 ohms, the CC display shows the expected output current with the change in resistance, but again the module does not limit the current or respond to any adjustment I make on the CC potentiometer.

Please help me.
