The extreme working condition here means the meter can work for a long time with the parameters ranges in the extreme working condition, otherwise, if over them, it will cause damage to the meter.
So sorry that we are not sure the working environment of the all terrain powered mobility vehicle.
If the input /measured voltage and current, the working environment are within the parameter range of the meter, it will be Ok.

This meter is 1-199.9 V 200A multimeter, the shunt for the meter should be 200A 75mV.
250amp 50mV cannot work for this meter.
