I have built box to control various devices on my telescope for astrophotography. I have 2 of your sku:090029 voltage regulators in it. One works perfectly. The other the output goes back to 0.0v a few seconds after it is set. Both units are in exactly the same type of circuit and one works and the other does not.

Input is from a 12v car type battery. I’m not sure of the current but it is low. The output is to drive a digital single lens reflex camera on my telescope. The output should be 7.4v but low current. This is a substitute for he small battery in the camera as it is running all night taking long exposure pictures. the output is connected directly to an 1/8 phono jack then to the camera.

I got a SKU 090029 and I’m testing the unit with a USB powered HUB (5V).
The input voltage show 5. When I try to adjust the output voltage it will only go up to 4.0V.
The input current is between 15mA – 18mA
