I do not understand “Press and hold the button to set the load output recovery mode after protection removed.”

When I press and hold the “H button” an ON or OFF  is displayed,  I have no idea what “load output recovery mode after protection removed” means.

I understand “Press “SET” to adjust the LED display default display output current
value. Press the “SET” button will cycle the display *.**A, **.*P, **.*V, “
