    When input is 13.6V@>10A, desired output setting is 16V@.03A CV and the OK button is pressed, the CV mode lights for a moment, but immediately switches to CC mode and lowers voltage 13.6V and raises current 3.8A. This is not high enough to fully charge the battery connected to converter. The unit appears to be defective as this has been tested in two systems with similar results
