    There is an antenna inside the product.
    Could you please another phone or other device with Bluetooth to check if the Bluetooth range is limited or not?

    I have tried to change the name on my Drok Bluetooth amp but the software does not show the buttons – am I missing something or is there a new release – Cheers

    Have you downloaded the software from the drokbox?
    There is an instruction in previous post which can help you to change the name on your bluetooth, please check it.
    If it is not work, please send us some images of your software setting to let us check the problem details.

    I need a standby-mode to use is with Amazon echo-dot, can you Build a Firmware with a standy function?

    Hello, I am trying to change the Blueooth name of this device: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Bluetooth-Amplifier-Electrical-Motorcycle-Smartphone/dp/B014J0TUR0/ref=sr_1_fkmr1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1497023534&sr=8-1-fkmr1&keywords=usb+amp+bluetooth+drok

    It’s standard name is ‘F900 Music’ but I have 2 of these and want to change the name of one so I can connect to both.

    From this thread I see the advice is to download this MPTool app to update the firmware – but the app does not seem to render properly on my Win10 machine.

    Is there a command-line tool?

    Actually，We are sorry the Blueooth name can’t be changed by customer.
    All of product have the same name. Only customized product can have a different name you want.

    Having issues with Bluetooth. The range is 4-5 feet with no line of sight, a bit better with full line of sight. Is there a firmware fix or something I can do before I return it to Amazon?

    Hello,
    i know this is a different topic but, about a year ago i ordered the “DROK® Mini-Stereo-Audio drahtlose Bluetooth-Verstärker Digital Signal Endstufe Elektrische tragbare DIY 30W * 2 Zwei-Kanal-Verstärker-Brett-Modul Aluminiumkörper für Sprecher Auto Auto-Motorrad-Tablet PC Smartphone TV iPhone iPad iPod Notebooks (gold” Link: http://www.amazon.de from amazon but after a while the potentiometer used in this device seemed to have a problem, jumping from loud to quiet in completely random patterns. So i decided to take it apart and meassure the Resistance of the potetiometer in order to replace it. But obviously the potentiometer was already busted, so couldn’t measure the Resistance correctly.
    Therefore i would like to ask the salesman “DROK” if you may tell me what Potentiometer is being installed in this product.
