Before visiting family, I noticed my flight time had shifted and I wasn’t sure whether the change came from the airline schedule or the travel site booking. I don’t want to ask the wrong company about something they cannot update, especially if the airline confirmation and booking page show different wording. If I search for justfly phone number, should I describe the whole itinerary with both confirmation numbers, or start with the schedule change and ask where the responsibility sits?

A schedule change is easier to explain when the itinerary is split into what the travel site shows and what the airline shows. I’d keep both confirmation numbers, flight date, route, airline notice, ticket status, and the exact wording from the booking page. Keeping justfly phone number as the contact reference, ask which record controls the update rather than blaming either side. A short comparison of the two confirmations is better than retelling the whole trip plan. Save the airline notice until the answer is clear.

This is a much better way to approach a schedule change than just saying the booking looks wrong. Comparing the airline record with the travel-site record first would probably make the mismatch obvious much faster. I’d definitely keep both confirmation numbers in front of me before asking anyone to update the trip.
