Help with possible dead board?

1. I purchased the 180078/180080
2. I wire it to a laptop charger
3. i want to step it down to 12v
4. when wired I have power to the input port
5. nothing happens on the board.
   can’t get display or anything to work
6. help

Could you tell us the input voltage and current? And did you try to change other power source?

I have no other power supply. I don’t think I need one as the there is power to the board .
voltage is 19.35 at the board connection

how do I add the pictures?

Hello,

We receive one picture and replied, please check if it is from you. And we  hope to check if there is issue on input soure. Could you please disconnect load and connect power only?Then check how large is the actual input voltage and current.
