    Hello community. We’ve noticed that some regular contractors have started quietly adding small, unspecified amounts to their invoices. And in practice, this is happening: accountants are overloaded and only look at the final payment amount. I’m looking for accounts payable automation software that can automatically compare each invoice line with the original contract and highlight any unauthorized markups.

    Suppliers often take advantage of buyers’ inattention and add extra lines, hoping for the best. And it works! If you only check the final total, businesses lose a ton of money on such trivial details. Line-by-line inspection is the only solution.

    Checking long invoices line by line is the most thankless task, as it’s easy to miss unnecessary markup from a supplier. To prevent such losses, I recommend checking out precoro . Precoro’s software automatically checks each invoice line item against the approved order. If the system detects a price discrepancy or the addition of new line items, it immediately blocks the document and sends a notification.
