I recently purchased the 600W boost converter on amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00E8D7XYG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_

…and I had trouble achieving the correct output voltage. My input voltage is about 23 volts and i am aiming for an output of 25.2 volts and a current of 10 amps, however the lowest the voltage that it will adjust to is 33.8 volts. Is my converter defective?

    Hello Cameron,
    Thank you for writing in.
Have you tried to adjust the output voltage regulation potentiometer?
If not, please try to counter-clockwise adjust the potentiometer to see whether the output voltage reduce to 25.2V or not.
    Hope this can help you.
    Best regards
