I was hoping to receive a wiring diagram and any other information for your Pb12V LCD Lead-acid Battery Capacity Tester Gauge Panel.

I’m also not clear on how to active any of the F1-6 functions.

    Any assistance would be appreciated.

    Thank you.

I bought a DROK®DC8-63V 12V/24V/36V/48V LCD Lead-acid Battery Capacity Tester. There are no instructions on wiring and installing it. To monitor the status of the battery (12v, lead acid), do I install the meter ‘downstream’ of the battery (that is, between the positive post and the load)? The wires are thin, so I assume this is to be installed parallel to the wires carrying the load — is that right?
The Amazon reviews mention other people having tried to find a wiring diagram for installing this, and not being able to find one. Can you provide a basic ‘how to install’ wiring diagram?

    Hello Michael D,
    Thank you for purchasing.
The red wire is connected to the positive of the measured battery and the black wire is connected to the negative of the measured battery. That is ok.
Here is the diagram that we think it is helpful to you.

I purchased a DROK®DC8-63V 12V/24V/36V/48V LCD Lead-acid Battery Capacity Tester Gauge Panel from Amazon. Can you suggest a part to solder to the F1-F6 pads that allows the functions to be available to external switches?

Also, there is a hole in center of panel below glass window. Looks like it’s for accessing a push button that would be mounted to the PCB. Can you tell me the function of this push button and how to wire it?

    Many thanks.

    Hello Bill B,
    Thank you for writing in.
There is not a part can allows the functions to be available to external switches.
And the hole for installing a push button in the center of the panel below glass window is used to turn on/off the backlight of the panel.
You can solder the button to the points which is marked by yellow frame in the following image:

    Hope this can help you.

    Hello DROK founders and engineers
I have bought several of your excellent products from Amazon but have been frustrated from not having ANY instructions. The links to these products are:
DROK Battery Tester and Gauge:DROK® Lithium Li-ion Battery Tester Checker LCD Display Voltage Current Capacity Charge and Discharge Resistance Monitor

    And
    Also another Battery Gauge

Specifically I need help with and instructions for:

    1) If these devices will support PowerSonic 12vdc 40AmpHr and 12vdc 21AmpHr batteries. Both are Sealed Lead Acid
    2) How to wire these DROK devices to these batteries
3)What gauge wires should be used as supplied wires in second device are very short and need to be extended
    4) How do you calibrate these devices for the batteries I want to use with?

    5) I would appreciate very much if you can provide detailed, step by step instructions with clear photos written by an English speaking person using proper electrical engineering terms and in a PDF manual that we can download and/or print while installing these devices. These PDF manual can also be on your web site if Amazon does not permit it. In addition, you can also post detailed visual instructions in a video form on YouTube or your product page on Amazon itself.

The instructions need to be detailed especially because many people (myself included) are Do-it-Yourself type people and not electrical engineers or know how to solder your devices. If you can do this, I am sure your sales will also go up.

If you review the questions and answers on your product page on Amazon, you will see many people wanting the same answers. They like your products but have no idea how to wire/install/configure your products. This would be a huge help. Your products are very good. I am thinking to upload an instruction manual myself once I have figured it out to help your other customers but even I have problem trying to figure it out.

You have very good product line but your customers need more support that they can understand
Thank you and regards, Hope to hear from you soon.

    Hello Shakrah,
    Thank you for writing in.
The minimum setup of the series of the lithium battery is 3 series.
The voltage of Li1 and Li2 is fixed, cannot be adjusted.
    Hope this can help you.

What you advise me to do ? I have only ONE 30 ah lithium battery! Is that mean this this capicety meter will not work for me ?
