I ordered two LM2577 step-up converters through Amazon.com in mid March. Upon installation, one of the converters is unstable and will not hold the set point voltage of 24 volts. The output voltage varies as much as 5 volts. The input voltage of 12 volts is steady via a battery. Such a condition will not work for the application.

I would like to exchange the defective unit for a replacement. Please advise the proper procedure for an exchange.
