I just bought an LM2596 buck volt regulator from Amazon, but it looks like it doesn’t work.

As I can see on your site the model I received is discontinues, what makes me feel a bit disapointed, but the problem id that it doesn’t do nothing at all…

When I give it 12v power, I get the green light on but nothing else happens. If I press the IN button nothing happens. The voltimeter doesn’t show any number. It keeps off. Neither the IN led shows any light. If I press the OUT button I get the same: no light on the OUT led, no number on the voltimeter.

Do I do something wrong? How can I get the device working? Or I have to give it back to Amazon?
