    I have a marine amp that works great until the engine is turned on and revved up. Then I hear a popping sound and the amp/equalizer shuts down. I believe its because the alternator put out spikes, instead of 12V I get the 14V which interferes with my system. Product suggestions?

    Besides the constant 12V output, Are there any other parameters?
