This is my product. Installed on same circuit where previous battery meter was, in 36V golf cart. Meter reads 36 volts, 100% charged. Batteries are drained at least 50%. How do I get the device to correctly display the remaining battery capacity? If you cannot respond with very clear and specific steps, I am going to send it back and, obviously, post a negative review on Amazon.

    Hi Les Standiford,

    Please check if it is this item. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07759SLYP?ref=myi_title_dp

    Did you program battery type? If it is 36 lead-acid, you should select “P36V” in menu 1.

    Here is pdf manual,  https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/B1Z5kTp++9S.pdf

    Best regards,

    DROK
