I recently purchased this mini lathe (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07HKZPDDD/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and it spins too fast. The power converter gives me voltage options from 24-12 volts. Do you have something that I can use to slow it down? The current power adapter gives 12-19V 4.5A max and 20/24V 4A max

You may be able to control motor speed by adjusing voltage.
There are many motor controllers. You can choose one match motor power.

ok, I need to go below the 12V range. So the ones that you suggested will not work. I found these 2. Which do you think might work for the motor?

The first one is for 3-Phase Brushless sensorless motor, is that your motor type?
The second one is voltage converter insteasd of motor controller.
And regarding the items we mention before, 12v is within their input voltage range.
