I purchased a DROK®Ultra Small Hi-Fi 10W+10W Dual Digital Audio Amplify Board Stereo AMP DC7.5-15V 12V 8Ω 20mA 2 Channels PC Class-D Power Amplifier Module for Car Vehicle Auto Audio System Bookcase Speaker recently, and it has not been functioning correctly.
I actually posted here earlier about the same chip, but I have fixed that issue. When the chip gets at above ~1/3 volume, the speaker makes a popping sound, and the volume stops playing. It then starts increasing gradually until it pops again, and repeats the process repeatedly. It has only started doing this recently. I have tried it with multiple devices, each had the same result.
I created a short audio sample as an example of the sound produced. Thanks for your assistance,

Hello Dudeguy21,
Thank you for writing in.
Could you please tell us more details of your operation, such as the input voltage/current, the wiring, the working environment?
If you can, we sincerely hope that you can send us some images of your wiring and the working environment to let us check the problem details.
With your help, we can find a solution more quickly.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Best regardsDudeguy21September 25, 2016 at 7:05 pmPost count: 0For power, I am using the ac to dc converter I purchased from Drok (12v DC), and the audio output is being sent to two Magnavox speakers (input 5w, impendance 8 ohms). I am using an 3.5mm aux cord for audio input.
I created an Imgur Gallery with pictures of the setup in case you needed them.
Hello Dudeguy21,
Sorry for our late reply.
Could you please tell us the current of your power supply?
This problem may be caused by that the current of the power supply is too low and the power is not enough to drive the amplifier when the volume is turned up.
Could you please try to use another power supply with larger current to check if the amplifier work normally?
If not, please feel free to write back to us.

We do not mean that the power supply is defective.
The problem maybe caused by the output power and current of the power supply cannot feed the amplifier when it turn up to high volume.
So we want you to use other power supply with larger power and current to check if the amplifier work normally.
