    Hello,

I purchased this item: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01MV411BR/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 from your Amazon store. The metal/blue “Volume knob with indicator” variant.

    Order# 111-4512159-4538658

It arrived and works with my Windows 10 PC, however I think I may have got a bad unit, or somethings wrong maybe you can help me fix.

When adjusting the volume just by turning the knob, every time I turn it more than a few clicks it will just jump randomly 10 or so levels. It’s reproducible and happens every time I use it.

Say I want to turn the knob from 60 to 50, each click will go like this 60>58>56>44 or something like this. It will just jump over 10 levels on a single click. And I’m not holding the knob down to make it go 4 at a time either, I’ve tried that feature and it does the same thing just in increments of 4.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

EDIT: I cannot delete posts or else I would, sorry but it seems that this is a problem with Windows 10 based on this Reddit post: https://www.reddit.com/r/Windows10/comments/6ktvrx/how_to_disable_volume_down_button_making_bigger/

Everything works fine otherwise, thanks for the nice products.
