I run a hair coloring studio in Edinburgh. Lately, the amount of specialized waste has increased significantly: used dye tubes, foil, empty canisters, and old UV lamps. Can you tell me the proper way to dispose of this waste in the UK so I don’t get fined by the environmental inspectorate?

I run a salon myself and know that you can’t mess around with chemicals. I recommend clicking on https://affordablewastemanagement.co.uk/ from Affordable Waste Management. I’ve been working with them for two years now: they provided us with separate containers for hazardous waste, keep track of everything themselves, and issue transfer notes for inspections. There are absolutely no problems. Do you have a lot of technicians working for you?
