i bought the panelmeter 2000139. question: when dc in is zero but on the load side there is a voltage 12.5 V from another source. does this harm the meter and is there current flowing into the meter? the display is working but no current 0.00 A.
    Thank you

    Hello gussmann,
    Thank you for writing in.
Is the following item that you mention?
    https://www.amazon.com/dp/B017FSED9I
Do you mean you don’t connect power supply to “DC+”and “DC -“, just connect a load with a power supply to “Load +” and “Load -” ?
    Best regards.

I want to use the volt/ammeter as a monitor of current being supplied from a 12v battery to some radio equipment but I also apply a charging current back into the battery from a charger. I can see the current flowing out to the radios but display zero with the radios off is their a bi-directional version of this meter to allow me to measure the current flow in either direction Regards MartinR
