    I bought an adjustble DROK step down (buck) converter on Amazon:

    I have bee unable to adjust the voltage. The convertor came with no instructions; the Amazon site reads:

    “Short-circuit output terminal, then adjust the current output, you can set the current limit.”

    Is this safe?
