Please recommend a timer that can do the following:

on a 5vdc rising signal that stays on for 5 secs.

Timer start immediately and times out 1 sec later.

output signal is on from the rising edge input to the end time of the time.

When input signal false and rises again, the timer is restarted.

In short, I am looking to filter a signal of unknown time to a 1 sec signal everytime.
