I ordered  a pack of four Drok USB buck converters from Amazon (ASIN: B087RHWTJW, markings: CKCS and U1A). Two were single units but the other two units have never been separated although there is a score line both top and bottom for separating them. Can I separate them without damaging them? Returning things is such a hassle. What is done in the factory for separating them? Do diagonal cutters help? Does a hard straight edge help? Can I simply grasp them securely, one in the fingers of each hand and put bending pressure until they snap apart? I await your reply. Thank you. John

    Hello John S,

Thanks for your message and sorry for inconvenience caused on you. They may  forget to process some boards.

You just need to separate them with hand,  other tools is not required. Your last operation is ok, but the direction of force should be from back of board to the front in case damging some components.

    Best regards.

That worked perfectly. I knew that they were snapped apart, not cut, because the edges on the other two were not smooth. The force from the back was a perfect direction. Thank you. John
