I’d like to purchase one of your USB multimeters after reading good reviews of your brand. could you please explain to me any difference in function (QC, etc) between the model 200180 and the model 180020? it would be great if it could automatically stop measuring total charge applied when charge is full.
    Thanks a lot.

    Hello Stephen,
Thank you for your interest in our product.
The module 200180 is 6in1 LCD multimeter ( voltage, current, temperature, capacitance, energy, and time), supports QC 2.0/3.0 fast charging and multiple protection.
The module 180020 is 4in1 OLED multimeter (voltage, current, power, capacitance)
Besides, #200180 has the function of automatically cutting off when the device is full charged, which may be meet your need.
Here are the instruction of these two products:
    #200180

    #180020

    Hope this can help you.

I purchased your 180020 sub multimeter. The display is messed up & anything close to the quality product displayed in the picture. Given that the oled display is crooked as well as my 4 year old could’ve installed it straighter and that bothers me, should I return it to you or the Amazon seller? It seems like a quality product but if I’m on a service call or interacting with a customer and they see my tolerance for equipment that doesn’t meet the standard of service or level of perfection that I offer than how can I honestly claim that I’m willing to provide and do the best for them as my customers? I don’t want free stuff just stuff that doesn’t look like it was made by a Jr. High electronics student.

    Thanks,

    Mike B.
