Hi,
Recently purchased following device.
Having the following problem in PER mode.
The output voltage is consistently wrong comparted to the set voltage.
For example if the Set voltage is 12.00 Volts and set current is 1.00 amp
The output voltage will be over 20 volts. The on screen voltage monitor will be correct. Just won’t match the set voltage.
Am I doing something wrong?

But please see attached image.
Input is from a 5volt 2amp supply, but results are exactly the same with other sources and connectors.
Output voltage changes when the current limit is changed, but I’m not drawing anything close to the CC limit.
Load resistor in 1mage is 2K just to put a minimum load on the output. Results are the same without the resistor.
