    Hi ,

I have a 36v golf cart with lead acid batteries. My battery monitor 2001710003 appears to be 1.2v lower than my fluke voltmeter. I originally calibrated with an 18v drill battery after complete charge with a reading of 20.1v. I thought that would sufficient time calibrate the battery monitor.  Do I have to remove my dash and disconnect my battery monitor wires to recalibrate or is there another way to calibrate ?? How do I correct this ?

    thank you for tour time

    Hello David,

Can you enter calibration menu or not? Would you like to show us your operation details?

If voltage is within DC 19-21V, after enter calibration mode, it will be calibrated and then exit automatically.

And we suggest it is better to connect precise 20v voltage.

You can share video link here or please send it to service@droking.com

    Best regards,

    DROK
