<span style=”font-weight: 400;”>Hey everyone! I’ve got a bit of a mess on my hands. I turned on my air conditioning for the first time this week, and after a few hours, I noticed a giant puddle forming around the furnace base in the utility closet. It looks like water is literally dripping out of the AC coil housing! I’m terrified it’s going to ruin the floor or, even worse, short out the electrical components. </span><span style=”font-weight: 400;”>I’ve tried to clear the drain line with a shop vac, but it didn’t seem to help much. Since I’m in North York, I know there are a million companies on Google, but I’m really wary of the “big guys” who charge $200 just to walk through the door. Does anyone know an honest technician who can actually find the blockage or fix the pan without trying to sell me a whole new $5,000 unit? I just want someone local, fast, and fair. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!</span>
