I recently purchased a digital multimeter from DROK Amazon Store, SKU: 100440 and need to confirm wiring procedure. I’m planning on installing this meter in an RV. My plan (if i’m reading the diagram on the unit) is to feed the main AC power cable (hot wire) at the electrical panel thru the CT and provide 110/120 power from one of the breakers and neutral bus using 14 gauge wire attached to the two bottom terminals. Would like to confirm if my plan is correct. Any help would be appreciated

    Hello William T. Ward,
    Thank you for writing in.
Since the voltage output from the inverter of RV is not sine wave voltage, this product cannot be applied to RV, otherwise, the product will be burnt.
This meter is not suitable for your application.
    Hope this can help you.
    Best regards

My Travel trailer does not have an inverter. The ac power feeds to a brake panel which feeds the various circuits in the trailer.

    Hello William T. Ward,
    Thank you for your reply.
So long as the input voltage for the meter is the power frequency voltage (city power).
    Your plan will be Ok.

How do you wore this for a 220volt circuit? It’s reading 120volts off one hot leg do I run both hot legs through the ring? Or feed tmeter with 2 hot legs instead of one and one neutral?
