I just received a XY-160D (L298) Motor driver. I am unable to get voltage out to either output. I am using a raspberry pi to control it and con confirm the signals are getting to the board via voltage meter. I have a 12V battery for power and 5v for logic coming from the raspberry pi.

I cannot get any voltage to read from the outputs and confirmed the motor does work if i direclty connect it to the 12v source.

    Hello Dennis,

How large is the signal voltage. It it also 5v?

Supply voltage for logical port must be the same as signal voltage. If supply voltage for logical signal is 5v, voltage level on EN,IN1, IN2 should be also 5v.

    Best regards,
