They just use the common negative, but they are not in the same circuit.
If you connect 2 and 3 directly, that will have influence on current measurement。

Terninmal 2 and Terninmal 3 are not in the same circuit.
Terniamal 2 is connected to a circuit with shunt.But terninmal 3 doesn’t need to connect with shunt.
