in reply to: LM2596 DC Buck Volt Regulator – need instructions #62338
Hello ian cummings,
Would you please kindly offer the product link or SKU number so that we can confirm which item it is?
No matter which converter it is, please set the output voltage and current for your battery firstly.
Best regards,

Hello,
When actual load current decrease to 10% of preset current, “Charging” led will be off and “Fully” led is on.
For example, preset current is 1A, if actual output current is lower than 0.1 A, “Fully” led is on.
Best regards.
Hello Grant Yardley,
We are not sure exactly how it is. Did you connect USB-C PD board to converter output or input?
For charging battery, you can connect diode in series to converter output port, that can prevent backfeed current.
Best regards.
Hello,
Are the serial parameters the same? For example, baud rate 9600, data bits 8, stop bits 1.
Best regards.
Hello Blake Ward,
Would you like to show us how it is by video?
When actual output current reaches the preset value, the CC indicator is on. Constant current mode is actually a current limit feature. Assume preset current is 2A, load will not draw more than 2A.
If you don’t want to limit load current, just increasse preset value.
Notice: For dead battery, charging current is high in the beginning, without current limit, it is easy to damage battery.
If you prefer constant voltage charging, please check if it is appropriate method for your battery.
Best regards.
in reply to: manuals for your product #62196Hello Thomas Nickle,
We are sorry we don’t have schematic, factory doesn’t offer it.

Hello Blake Ward,
Could you please tell us wheter it is in constant current now?
Constant voltage and constant current can’t work in the meantime. When current regulator is enable, voltage regulator compoent is disable. Only one mode is enable each time. In general, we charge battery in constant current mode firstly, when battery voltage reaches preset charing voltage, it will enter constant voltage mode.
For any more questins, please let us know.
Best regards.

in reply to: Drox 300043 malfunction? #61348Hello ,
Is the output voltage 10v when no device is connected?
If voltage is over 5.6v, decimal point will flicker. Is your like this?
Best regards,
