Hello Angel,
Thank you for writing in.
We have checked the product link that the product is a buck converter, not a boost converter.
Therefore, it cannot make 5V input step up to 12V output.
Could you please check your order again that if you send a wrong product link to us?
Looking forward to hearing from you.

Best regardsin reply to: Voltage regulator #8329Hello Summi,
The CV potentiometer is 100K and the CC potentionmeter is 200K.
The output is according to the this formula:
Output current=(Input voltage * 10A)/Output voltage
Hope this can help you.

Best regardsin reply to: YB27VA (DC 0-100V / 100A) – Wiring diagram #8317Hello LT4,
Thank you for writing in.
We have mentioned that the current measured range of this meter is 0-100A, which needs to be used with a shunt, otherwise, the meter will be burnt.
If you want to use this meter, you need to purchase a 100A/75mV shunt.
And then wiring it according to the wiring diagram we sent to you before.
Hope this can help you.
Best regardsin reply to: Voltage regulator #8285Hello Summi,
Thank you for your reply.
Have you connected a load when you adjust the current?
If not, the current cannot be adjusted until you connect a load.
And the “CC” potentionmeter is for adjusting the current, clockwise for increaseing, counter-clockwise for decreasing.
Warm Tips:
The output power is related to the input voltage(output power= input voltage* 10A, 10A is the input current for long-term working)
The output current is related to the differential pressure between the input voltage and the out voltage.
The higher the differential pressure is, the lower the output current is.
Hope this can help you.
Best regardsHello Stuart Bloom,
Yes, We have consulted your problem to our technician that your thought is right.
If the EN enable pin is OPEN CIRCUIT, then Output Voltage in ON;

What is the load? Is it the LED?
Did the current not increase or decrease when you connected the load?
Could you please tell us more details of your operation, such as the input voltage/current, the wiring, the working environment?
If you can, we sincerely hope that you can send us some images to let us check the problem details.

No, the converter cannot be connected in series, either.
If the converter is connected in series, the voltage will increase.
Hope this can help you.
