in reply to: Using Steup Up for 24v Power Supply for Printer #5989
Hello Erik,
Thank you for writing in.
Is the output voltage of the product is 24V when without connecting the printer?
Have you checked that if there is reverse connected of the positive and negative sides?
It is better that you can send us some images of your wiring to let us check the problem details.
You can send the images and the information by email (service at droking dot com)
With your help, we can find a solution more quickly.
Looking forward to hearing from you.

Best regardsin reply to: Preventing complete battery discharge with UPS 4310 #5976Hi eswierk,
Thank you for writing in.
When the product is running on the battery power, the battery voltage decreases and the output voltage of the product will also decrease.
So sorry that we have not tried to use a low -voltage disconnect(LVD)device for it.
We are not sure if it can work.
Beg your understanding.

Best regardsin reply to: DROK 2203ADJ #5914Hello EdG,
Thank you for writing in.
The screw on the back is used to adjust the output voltage, but not output current.
And the output current of this product cannot be adjusted.
The output current of this product is according to the need of the input current of the load.
The max. input current of the product is 3A, its long-term working current is 2A.
Working in 3A for a long term will damage the product.
Besides, driving LED needs constant current. The output current of this product is not constant current.
Therefore , this product is not suitable for your application.
Hope this can help you.

Best regardsin reply to: Wiring Ammeter Dual #5860Hello Terrance Van ,
The current consumption of this meter is less than 30mA.
If you want to add a fuse, 500mA fuse can do.
Hope this can help you.
