Input voltage: DC 6V to 35V
Output voltage: DC 1.0V to 35V(please note output voltage can be more/less than input voltage as this is a buck/boost converter)

This product does not support 0-5V analog input control: for PLC analog control, Hall handle control.

If the voltage drops slightly, it is normal.
If the voltage drops so much, you need to check if the lead wire is to thin.
The LED indicator is for indicating the charging statue of the device.
The red color means the the device is charging while the blue color means the device is full charged.
