    Parameters：
    Input voltage: DC 6V to 35V
    Output voltage: DC 1.0V to 35V（please note output voltage can be more/less than input voltage as this is a buck/boost converter）

    And the power supply of 12V 5A would be the best configuration for this product.

    Hi Jon,
    If the voltage drops slightly, it is normal.
    If the voltage drops so much, you need to check if the lead wire is to thin.
    The LED indicator is for indicating the charging statue of the device.
    The red color means the the device is charging while the blue color means the device is full charged.
