Did you try to check the current with other multimeter? And did you use 0.3-0.75mm² sampling cable?

May I know how large the load current it is and connection details? It would be apprecaied if you can take some images to show the connection.

This item should be not actived before leaving factory. We are sorry for that.

Do you have standard 24v power supply? Please connect 24v voltage to input port, load can’t be connected in that case. Then it will return to normal status.

Do you have probelm on voltage reading? Menu 5 is not a necessary steps. If voltage reading is not corrent, you can calibrate it. Please connect 20v voltage to enable calibration.

Menu 3 and menu 1 both are for battery specification setting. It is not for voltage calibration.
