    Did you disconnect power supply completely?  You need to  hold “k-” button firstly and then connect power supply. Don’t release button until it show  battery code.

    the battery level icon is not to show actual battery capacity. It can only work when you set OAH (over-capacity protection).
    The percentage  = (actual charging or discharging AH value /setting AH value)*100%
    OAH setting: Press up or down button to move yellow cursor to OAH, then keep pressing OK button to enter parameters setting. At last, please press OK to save setting.

    We think you should be talking about 090483.

    Fan can be powered by input port or output port, which is decied by which jumper wire you choose.

    Assume input voltage is suitable for your fan, just connect “IN” jumper wire.

    We are sorry there is no way to set USB port as default output.  That is for prevent damaging your USB device , because USB port is not with fixed 5v output.

    Thanks for writing in.

    We are sorry there are not wiring diagram for it. But we mark the input and output port on item.

    “Vin+” and “Vin+” is input port; ” Vout+” and “Vout-” is output port. Both of input and output are with 8 screw terminals, please connect few terminals in  parallel when there is larger current. Each terminal can accept 6A.
