    Hello Jacob,

When input power is enough, output voltage should be stable. Could you please tell us  how much input voltage and current is?

About current adjustment,  please kindly notice it is different to voltage adjustment.
For most of converters, output current can’t be adjusted directly, which is decided by load mainly. The current adjustment here is for limited output current.
For example, if you set 3A output, but your battery draw 2A, the actual output should be 2A.
If battery need to draw over 3A, actual output can’t be over 3A.

    Best regards.

    Hello Warren,

There is no Specific requirements on relay type. But you need to pay attention to working voltage. Relay draw power from “Vext” port,  which voltage range is 10v-60v.

In addition, relay is used to control output on/off. Panel will not  shuts down in that case.

    Best regards.

    Hello Ed Harrison,

    Thanks for writing in.

We are sorry we can’t find item by DSN-VC288, would you please kindly send us a product link or ASIN number?

The meter on buck boost converter can’t be as precise as ammeter.  Did you check current with multimeter?

    Best regards.

    Hello Alfred Oraha,

We want to confirm if you are going to regulate current.

Buck converter is  used to control voltage instead of current, so far we don’t have item can control current directly.

For most of converter, current adjusment function is to limit output current only. It doesn’t mean you set 2 amps, actual output is 2 amps.  Actual current is decided by your load.

Any more questions, please let us know

    Best regards

    Hello Chris Brands,

150w is too high for this item.  It would be better if output is within 144w.

If max output power is 150w, is the output current 12.5A?  We have one support 160w , but output current is only 5 A.

    Best regards.
