in reply to: ERR Message #35260
Hello Tim,
Thanks for writing in.
Is it this item? 300462
Do you mean the meter display “ERR”? Could you please kindly take some images to show how it is? And how large is the power supply?
If you are not sure how to send picture here, please send it to service email(Service@droking.com)
Best regards.
in reply to: Coulomb meter Product Code: 2001803004 #35259Hello Mikito Nagata,
Thanks for writing in.
The relay function on this item is for overcurrent, overvoltage and undervoltage protection. It doesn’t have relation with AH value, so it can’t control output according to battery capacity.
You may try to set overvoltage protection to achieve that goal.
Best regards.

in reply to: DROK 180050 voltage reegulator #35248Hello,
Thanks for writing in.
Do you mean it can work well with other load except charging battery? Could you please tell us how large the input voltage/current is to 180050 when output is set as 13.7V? And is it possible to check the actual battery charging current?
Best regards.in reply to: 1500w booster question / problem #35243Hello Joe papa,
Thanks for writing in.
We think it should be 2001709014
Would you please tell us how large input current and output current you set? This may caused by input underpower. And the larger the voltage difference is between input and output, the lower conversion efficiency is.
To check if it is that case, you can try to increase input voltage to reduce voltage difference.
Best regards
This reply has been marked as private.in reply to: Adjustments not working #35236Hello Jon Wendinger
Thanks for writing in.
Do you mean you can’t adjust voltage or current? If it is voltage, please turn CV pot potentiometer anticlockwise for over 20 circles.
If there is other problem, please kindly tell us more details so that we can check for you. For example, input voltage, output you want to set.
Best regards.
Hello Perry Kwok,
Thanks for your messsage.
Would you please tell us which meter it is? And what is the problem on Setting 1 = P 48V?
Best regards.
in reply to: DATASHEET_090410.pdf #35223Hello Michael Biagioni,
Thanks for your message.
The meter you mean should be 200075. This is 50A version, you need to connect external shunt. Only 20A one doesn’t need shunt.
Please kindly notice the current input signal to meter can be only from tested device negative.
Best regards

in reply to: 2001708006: Voltage variation among devices #35207Hello Matt,
Thanks for writing in.
If you select fixed output voltage by soldering the pot on the board,it doesn’t matter how the potentiometer is.
Best regards.
