    There is no way to adjust undervoltage value. Is it 12V lead acid battery? Could you please tell us how large the total battery capacity is?

    There is no setting for fan. It will turn on automatically when output power is larger than 60w.

    This is buck converter, it is impossible than output voltage higher than input voltage. For 27V output, input must be over 27V.
