in reply to: Buck converter not down-regulating #29806
Hello Adam,
Please kindly confirm if it is this item. 200310
Could you please tell us more details about operation? When you press up or down button, can you change the voltage value? Or does it just show 48V no mater how did you press button? Did you lock the button by mistake?
It will be more helpful if you can take a short video or some images. Then we can check problem more carefully. You can share us YouTube video or send it directly to our service email(service@droking.com)

Thanks for writing in.
We have many kinds of timers. Would you please let us know which one it is? The instruciton should have a sku number. Please kindly send us that number.
Best regards.
Hello Kris,
We don’t have this kind of meter . All of shunts must be connected in the negative side.
Best regards.
Hello Kris,
This meter has common-ground design that the ground of measuring terminal is interlinked with the ground of power supply.
So A+ can be only connected between the negative poles of load and power supply. Otherwise the meter will burnt out.

Best regards.Hello Kris,
Thanks for writing in.
If the meter is just used as voltmeter, you can hook it up like that.
But for measuring current, no matter how large the current is, the 50A meter must be connected wtih shunt, otherwise, the meter will burn out.

Please kindly notice this item has 20A specification. https://www.amazon.com/DROK-Multimeter-Three-Digit-Voltmeter-Three-wire/dp/B01M7R7JPJ/?th=1

Best regards.in reply to: Buck converter 0 amps output #29713Dear Paul,
We are sorry so far we don;t have overseas maintenance station, it is not workable to send back for repair.
In general, burning fuse is caused by large current(over 17A), is the power suppy the same as before?
If you can, would you please kindly tell us more details through email?
Best regards. -
