    Did you connect load? Without load, there is no output current and it can’t be adjusted.

    Did you check the frequency with other meter? We wonder if it is a high frequency electronic speed regulator.

    Our meter is not suitable for this kind of application.

    Working voltage for relay can be only DC. You may receive an old instruction.
