in reply to: DROK DC 0-300V 200A STN LCD Display #50448Hello Lenny Vasbinder,
In charging mode, it shows negative current.
Do you mean there is charging current and discharging current but it only shows discharging current(positive current)? Please notie it can’t show charging current in that case unless discharging current is stopped.
And you can’t check battery capacity is increasing, but battery icon will be full after fully charging.
If you have question on it, please send images to service@droking.com
Best regards,

Hello,
Is it 12v input in that case? If both button can’t work, would you please try to calibrate voltage reading?
You can find calibration method from instruction or refer to below steps.
1. Hold the left button and connect power supply, then release button, screen will start flasing
2. Check the actual output voltage with multimeter. Then adjust voltage reading with left or right button unitl it is the same as multimeter reading. Calibration data will be saved automatically after 2 seconds.
3. Power off and power again, calibration is finished. Error can be ±0.01V. If error is larger, you can calibrate again.
If it still not work, would you like to show us your operation so that we can check further?
Best regards.

in reply to: USB Buck Converters Not Separated #49555Hello John S,
Thanks for your message and sorry for inconvenience caused on you. They may forget to process some boards.
You just need to separate them with hand, other tools is not required. Your last operation is ok, but the direction of force should be from back of board to the front in case damging some components.
