Can you enter calibration menu or not? Would you like to show us your operation details?

If voltage is within DC 19-21V, after enter calibration mode, it will be calibrated and then exit automatically.

And we suggest it is better to connect precise 20v voltage.

Thanks for you order. Do you have problem on how to enter setting mode?

1. If you want to check AH or WH parameters, please short press down button to show WH, short press up button to show AH.

2. When it show AH, you can hold OK button to enter setting mode. There are BAT, BPC, OPP and other functions.

Please program it as needed. After setting, please hold OK button to exit setting mode.

Are you talking about below item?

If you mean no-load current zero clearing， it has nothing to do with current calibration.

When no-load current reading is not zero, you can reset it firstly. If there is still error, please calibrate current as per above steps.
