    It’s regretted to hear that. If the size of amplifier board doesn’t match your mounting face, it is hard to make it. You can only revise mounting face in case damage the board.

    And we are not sure exactly how it is now. Could you please show that status by images?

    Is it convenient for you to show us wiring? And besides fluke ammeter, do you check it with  other meter?

    And is the actual current 1.5 A? This meter range is 0-100A, we suggest you can try to measure a larger current.

    If inpout is stable source, you may take one of these items. But it is from full wave bridge, just like what we talked before, it is not very stable.  Convertr may be damaged.

    Do you mean “-110v” or “110v”? Input voltage can be AC 110V to 220V. If your grinder use AC 110v power supply, it should be able to control speed.

    Would you please tell us more details about your setting?  After setting, did you power off and power on again to save setting?

    And this item only  show percentage reading, it should not have voltage reading.

    If possible, could you please take a video or images to show how it is?
