Hello Omar Ahmad,
Did you set a output voltage that higher than input?
Here are some comment by Mitchel. It may help you.
Best regards.
in reply to: Product Recommendation #35566Hello Burzin ,
Thanks for writing in.
Could you please tell us the voltage and current your device require? One item is buck converter, the other one is buck and boost converter.
Best regards.
Hello Donald J Steele,
About your questions”I want to see how much dc power is coming from a charge controller”
Our resposne is the same. Base on the above wiring diagram, it is available to check the power come out from charge controller. We wonder if you think the power drawed by battery is different from that come out from charge controller.
Best regards.
Hello Chester Sams,
Is it this item? 200111
To check if converter is normal, is it convenient for you to test the converter independently? Please check output voltage when load is not connected.
Best regards.
Hello Donald J Steele,
We are sorry it is hard to confirm the bottom and top of shunt you mention.
If you want to measure the power from controller to battery, please hook it up as below. Battery is that load. The order of connection can’t be changed.

So far we only have AC meter for 2 phase circuit.
Best regards.

in reply to: Dc-dc unit, CC light. #35548Hello Dave Mitchell,
Would you please tell us how did you set current before connecting battery? Did you set 1 A output current?
You can use a diode with three times as much as charging voltage and two times as much as charging current.
Best regards.
Hello Donald J Steele,
No matter the power come in or come out. Wiring is the same. The device that you want to monitor is that laod.
200141 meter only measure one direction current. please kindly refer to above wiring diagram.
There is no way to show incoming voltages only. Please find more details about button from this manual https://www.droking.com/cs/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/200141.pdf
Best regards

Hello Bart V,
You may try zero clearing。
1.Please move the red cursor to “NCP”,
2. Keep pressing up button for 3 seconds. After that, there will be 3 options.
3. Make the red cursor pointing to C-I, and press “OK” button. Then you will see “I=0”, at this time, please press up or down button to reset. (Please notice when in the reset process, it can’t be connected with any load)
4. Press “OK” button again, you will see “I>0”(connect a 3A load). Then press up or down button to make the current value is in accord with 3A load. Press “Ok” button to save settings.

in reply to: Dc-dc unit, CC light. #35532Hello Ste,
To check it more carefully, is it convenient for you to take a video to show how it is?
And regarding to current adjustment, we want to said it is not used to regulated actual output current.
For most of converters, output current can’t be adjusted directly, which is decided by load mainly. The current adjustment here is for limited output current.
For example, if you set 2A output, the max output will be 2A. When actual output current reach that level, cc light will be on. And it will limit output to 2A.

Thanks for writing in.
We don’t have such AC to DC converter. But there may be some DC to DC converter meet your requirement (12v to 17v ).
Could you please tell us the output current range?
Best regards.
in reply to: Thank you comment #35512Hello Michael Tyborski,
Thanks for your suggestion on our product. As small and growing company, we will never stop working to make improvement.

Hello Jon,
Thanks for writing in.
We are sorry we don’t have power supply for 110048. It is easy to find that.
Working voltage can be 15~36VDC. If your speaker power is large, we recommend power supply is 32V, 8A or more.
Any more questions, please kindly let us know.
Best regards.
in reply to: Dc-dc unit, CC light. #35510Hello Ste,
Thanks for writing in.
