    Could you please try to clockwise and counter-clockwise adjust the potentiometer for 10 laps at least to see if there is any change in the output voltage?
    Please note that do not connect a load when you adjust the potentiometer.

    As your description, this product is not suitable for cell battery series.
    This product can be used in 3-15 series batteries.

    We have checked your link that this product is sold by roroauctions, which is not the seller of DROK (kuuco,iawoo,jenny).
    So we are not sure the technical characteristics and the instruction of this product.
    If for the product of DROK, the measured range of the meter is 0-10A, which is no need to add a shunt.
    Here the measured range is not the real measured current of the load, but the technical specified measured range of the meter.
    However, since it is not the product of our company and we are not sure the characteristics of it, this information is for reference.

    There is an instruction in previous post which can help you to change the name on your bluetooth, please check it.
