    We do not mean that the power supply is defective.
    The problem maybe caused by the output power and current of the power supply cannot feed the amplifier when it turn up to high volume.
    So we want you to use other power supply with larger power and current to check if the amplifier work normally.

    Voltage converter is not the same as the battery, which cannot series or parallel connected, otherwise, the module will be damaged.
