Hello Bill Marsh,
You’re welcome.
Could you please tell us the voltage of the power supply in your application?
As your description, the 12V window lift motors requires 20A input current.
How much does the power of the motor need?
With your help, we can find a solution more quickly.
Waiting for your reply.

Best regardsin reply to: DROK +/-1.9999mA meter Operating voltage tolerance #7093Hello Spencer Sutton,
Thank you for writing in.
The operating voltage of this meter is DC 4.5V-5.5V.
It is recommended that the power supply of the meter is stable DC 5V power supply.
Is the output of your 5V regulator stable 5.35V?
If not, it is not suggested that you you apply this regulator as the power supply of the meter because if the output voltage of the regulator is higher than 5.5V, the meter will be burnt.
Hope this can help you.

Best regardsin reply to: Need wiring help. #7065Hello William T. Ward,
This meter is used to monitor the voltage, ampere, power and the energy consumption of the load.
It cannot be used to monitor the remaining voltage and power usage on your trailer battery but you can use themeasured values of the load to calculate the power usage of the battery.
And this meter is powered from the circuit directly, do not need to connect another power supply.
If you want to monitor the battery capacity, here is an recommendation for you:DROK®DC8-63V 12V/24V/36V/48V LCD Lead-acid Battery Capacity Tester Gauge Panel Battery Statue Indicator Monitor Electric Quantity Detector Reader with Green Back-light for Auto Car Vehicle Battery MonitoringHope this can help you.
